Dec 14th 2010 8:12AM Owners and Bosses have the responsibility to behave in a professional manner befitting them. When they choose to behave childish and immature it sets a poor example for our youth and sets up the organization to be scrutinized for allowing hostility in the work place. Beating down the self esteem of an employee is a form of abuse and could be punishable by a lawsuit which is just what this owner deserves if he keeps up such distasteful behavior. On the other hand Hooray to Davis for being the bigger man in this hostile work environment. He is setting a wonderful example.....way to go.
