Jul 11th 2009 11:52AM I usually side with the bigger girls since I'm "full figured" :P but in this case I would agree that anything over 18 is probably too large to be a FA in the first place. I'm a 16 and going down those tiny aisles isnt the most comfortable thing. I can't imagine going for the job of a FA at my current size. How the heck would I help others when I can't get up and down the aisles and to be honest If I was any bigger I wouldnt even fit in the seats. As it is I dont have too much extra space in my seat. Those jump seats for the FAs are TINY! Maybe the ones complaining have never been on a plane!

Jun 8th 2009 10:51AM Republican, Southern, Racist...Where did he make a racist remark? What does Republican have to do with it? Why does everyone want to dump on Southerners? Southerners are the most polite and genuine people in America. This story is bullsh*t. The title shouldnt have the words "crying child" it should be "rude, dramatic preteen"! I thought this was a small child that didn't know any better than to cry during something like this. A 12 year old making enough of a scene to have to be asked if he was ok is just idiotic. Yes sure cry but not so loudly and over the top someone thinks there is something wrong with you. I also thought maybe this child was retarded when I heard the age. On another note, why should she be given citizenship rights? Why wouldnt she have to go through the same sh** I had to go through and my younger sister is going through right now? Just b/c shes a lesbian?? So what, lesbians are going to have special rights now?? I would like to learn exactly what the Uniting American Families Act is all about.
