US Airways customer service director: À la carte fees are the only way forward {Gadling}

Jun 7th 2009 3:34PM I hope US Airway and all like minded corporations go out of business. I would much rather be inconvenienced with finding a less-than-ideal means of travel than to deal with the anti-consumer corporations like US Airways.
