Jun 2nd 2009 12:45PM I agree there was a miscommunication, tempers flared. I wanted to mention, on a airplane you always sit next to strangers. The exit row has FAA criteria so only people who meet them can sit there, also there an extra $40 fee to sit there. I read in Seattle Times that the flight attendant offer her another empty row.
