Riga, Latvia: Thriving rip-off scene is the other side of tourism {Gadling}

May 20th 2009 8:12AM wish I had read this prior to going... last weekend I just got done for over £600 at one of the bars on the 'stay away' list (Puzzle).

Other than this, the city was great and the people were friendly... just need to be careful when out on the town.
