Jun 29th 2009 1:03PM It is crazy that the airline seems to not admit people were afraid from the jammed cargo hold and the freaked out passengers. They seem to think (or publicly state) it was from being asked to move seats, which is silly.

May 12th 2009 5:52PM Well, I don't think that many people will be using the wifi, so I don't think people who don't use it shouldn't pay for it. I mean $9 is like the cost of a book or a magazine or two. Totally worth it for killing boredom!

AirTran brings Gogo in-flight WiFi to every single flight {Engadget}
May 12th 2009 5:25PM I had the great opprotunity to preview this service on AirTran this morning. It was amazingly fast. I was able to upload 20MB of photos very quickly. The Today Show was on the plane and they were able to do a live feed to NY via the internet on the plane. Out of the 40+ people who were on the promotional flight, no one had issues connecting up. Very exciting stuff for sure.
