Dec 13th 2012 6:08PM I think this survey is right on. I have not had good experience with American Airlines. Their employees tend to be older and cranky.. I try to stick with Southwest Airlines. Their employee are energetic, friendly and sometimes entertaining. SWA has a good thing going and it shows in their financial success.

Aug 7th 2006 9:19PM The Dixie Chicks are welcome to make any comments but they have already felt the ramifications of offending their fan base. Most country music fans are good, God fearing, respectful and patriotic people who also support the military. The Chicks have canceled several concerts and are having trouble getting their new cd played on country radio stations. They should focus their music on the coasts. It amazes me how some people never learn from their previous mistakes. That's fine because as we learn growing up there are always consequences to each action.
