Jalousie Plantation resort brings solar golf carts to St Lucia {Gadling}

1. I built Jalousie Planation and sold the property to Jalousie 1996 Limited, a company owned by an Englishman. KOR does not own the property; it is only the management company.
2. The property is on 129 acres and not 192 acres. My company owns the balance of 192 acres of which we are developing 100 acres into 73 single family homes, for which we have now recieved the government's FULL PLanning Approval.
