Sep 7th 2011 10:04AM Yea all may not be lost but what if you have to leave the country the next day. Your passport isn't that easy to replace nor is your grandmothers necklace, etc. Best bet would to be to carry your passport with you I guess & to leave grandma's necklace at home. Sad that we all can't feel as safe & secure as we use to.

Jun 15th 2010 1:59PM ok so it's called flipping the picture. Look at the video again. at the beginning he it looks like his right foot is the injured one. He also has his watch on the right wrist. When they show him again they show his left foot injured. He now also has his watch on his left wrist. Come on people ... they are just trying to get people that are really into the show all worked up. He's not switching it up ... the show is!!! I don't even watch this show & I figured that was what it was & it was. :o) Sorry to spoil it for some of you!

May 14th 2010 9:43AM Well Jaime this is newsworthy story obviously got your attention & look you are talking about it. Which is why they do these stories. Not only that but maybe if you let you daughter read this she will realize you can go 4 years with the same thing & not spoil her with a new cell phone or a laptop. What the heck does an 8 year old need a laptop & a cell phone for anyway? If an 8 yr old has a cell phone it should be the ones that can only dial particular numbers like Mom, Dad, Gpa, Gma, & of course emergency number. Good to know you are TRYING to teach her that she doesn't NEED those things. Should've thought about that before giving them to her at the age or 8.
I think this story is great & hopefully more people will learn from it. Teenagers don't NEED A&F or some designer jeans. Some good old tennis shoes are great!

Mar 18th 2009 12:30PM same thing happened to me on a flight from LA to Ind. I was there at 7:02am (at the counter) in line 15 minutes before that & she told me I was late. Made me sit in the airport on a cold cement block no-food no nothing waiting to find another flight to Ind. Oh did I mention I was there for 10 hours before they helped me again. Bunch of BS ... 2 minutes b/c the airport was doing construction at rush hour traffic in LA.
