Jul 31st 2012 8:30PM Way back in the day my grandfather had a rental and the people wouldn't pay or move out. He had a friend introduce him to a Hell's Angel friend and he gave them $100 and a case of beer. The two of them walked into the house, put the beer in the fridge and announced they were the new renters. Those people were THROWING their own stuff on the lawn to get out of that house. My grampa said it was the best money he'd ever spent.

Sep 22nd 2011 8:49PM If he was here in CA he'd be doing the home owner a favor. When you sell a house in CA you have to fill out endless "disclosure forms" ... and pretty much list anything wrong or ANYthing that will affect the new owners. If his dogs are barkers or run loose in the neighborhood, or they have a lot of parties ...... the new owner can sue the seller and they will win.
So he's doing them a favor. And I've had two ranches .... lots of people want to live in the country and then they move there and tell you your Rooster is too loud or your tractor is kicking up dust.

Aug 30th 2010 4:40PM We used to have a lot of dogs that did their business on our lawn and my Dad hooked up our automatic sprinklers to a motion detector. If a dog (or anything else) took two steps on our lawn, the sprinklers would turn on for two minutes. It worked like a charm.

Apr 12th 2010 6:58PM People don't take control of their kids because people don't stand up and embarrass them in public !!!!!! I was in a movie theater and some little 7 year old kicked my seat. I sat up and turned around and glared at him and his Mother made him stop. She should have traded seats with him. In a few minutes he was back to kicking. Again, I sat up, turned around and then glared at HER. She made him stop. A few minutes later he kicked my seat again and I was DONE. I sat up, turned around and said VERY VERY LOUDLY, "YO!!! A-D-D, STOP KICKIN MY SEAT!!!!" I heard other people laugh at that and one said, "That's a good one, I have to remember that one." His Mother was MORTIFIED and they finally moved down to where there was no one in front of her little angel. Whatever. He stopped kickin MY seat. When the movie was over I looked over at her and she was glaring at me. I smiled and winked. She stormed off.
No offense meant to the 2% of medicated kids who actually DO have ADD.
To all those with so called ADD kids .... don't waste your time responding or emailing me about how your little angel really does have ADD and how you find me rude. Cause I really don't give a crap about your opinion and you won't be changin MINE. I make fun of everyone, including myself. Most comedians do.

Jan 20th 2010 11:20PM I went to see a kids movie, at night. I like kids movies. This kid behind me kept kicking my seat. I turned around and gave him a dirty look and Mommy told the little tool to stop. About three minutes later he starts again. I gave him another dirty look. There was no one sitting for about four seats next to me. She should have traded seats with the little dumb ass. Finally after time #4 I turned around and said VERY LOUDLY, "YO!!! A-D-D, STOP KICKIN MY SEAT !!!!" People in the theater were rollin at that. Mommy finally traded seats with her little precious. But she did give some pretty rancid looks after the movie was over. Not that I gave a rats butt.
Not that it matters, but the kid was white. He was still a tool though. My kids didn't act like that, cause they would have gotten a thump on the head.
