Mar 5th 2009 4:01PM "International economic integration" is simply bad systems engineering and clearly about aggressive agenda pushing. It reminds me of Titanic without compartments hardware and tangled-up spaghetti code software and faith-based nuclear reactor operations where the invisible hand of thermodynamics will correct all that goes wrong! Economists have left one little thing out of the equation - Murphy's Law!
