Jan 30th 2010 5:29PM I heard the same complaint when Denny's did something similar for a Veteran's event and tips sucked there too. Bottom line with any discount, whether it be a paper coupon or a promotion, the tip should be based on the prediscounted price. These waiters, waitresses, hosts, and hostesses work hard for their money, they don't get paid much, but wish for decent tips and their lives depend on it. Maybe, just maybe, like the rest of us, they fell on hard times and that was the only job they could get at the time, afterall, everyone has to eat!

Nov 29th 2009 6:54AM The headline that got me into this article was something about a cheerleader going down, but the article itself isn't really about him stepping on a cheerleader at all... That adoring cheerleader should feel hurt that she was just a minor bypass in this article about Tebow's greatness!

They leave to go on deployments with pregnant wives or girlfriends, who deliver while they are deployed! And in the welcome home footage here in Hampton Roads, Virginia, you hear all the time, "This is the first time, he'll meet his new baby!" Not all families are torn apart by deployments.

Jun 9th 2009 9:38PM At&t does have some fishy behaviors. All of a sudden they started tacking on fees for "internet express" then couldn't tell me what it stemmed from. Of course, this from the company that never could figure out why I couldn't use the short cut number from my phone to pay my bill.... Oh well.

Feb 19th 2009 12:32PM You can only imagine the line to get in the place. We tried to go in December a couple years ago. We got lost trying to find it (not that we had directions in our hands) But by the time we got there, the wait was 2 HOURS! And no, you won't catch us eating a $1000 ice cream!
