We have much to learn from them and it can go so much easier on all of us to make parenting our primary goal. All else will fall into place. 99x's out of 100. This is mild compared to many. This is a Mother whom has the equiptment [money] to get some professional help for her failure to pay closer watch for this child. Nobody to blame, just lessons. I've a daughter whom doesn't even speak to me and is living a good life. Once she is over her conceit and self importance . There is a good chance it will be too late. Whomever said it was never too late? Then it will be time for her to learn what she has to learn. Right now she is growing through the selfish phase of childhood despite having just over 30 years in and two kids of her own. Control issues are for loosers. Doesn't matter whose children they are. What goes around comes around, sooner or later. Yes, I take responsibility for not being a strong enough single parent. Her brother was there and took a very diff point of view. Thanks for listening.
