Blogger Sued for Negative Book Reviews {Switched.com}

Sep 15th 2007 9:52PM This article is now fortunately out of date. Professor Pivar woke up and withdrew his suit on August 28th.

Bring your debit card abroad, you'll save money {BloggingStocks}

Jun 17th 2007 4:16PM I think this info is out of date. More and more credit/debit cards are charging exchange fees when you use their card to make a purchase in a foreign currency. I am surprised that Money magazine didn't bring this up. Before you travel, check with the bank that granted your card, and find out their policy. If they do not charge an extra fee, then the ATM is the way to go.

K-Fed Gets a Five Star Review {TMZ}

Oct 10th 2006 10:11AM Someone wants this guy to represent them to the public. Obviously a very skanky outfit.

K-Fed on the catwalk? {Style List Blog}

Oct 9th 2006 6:18PM Saundra, do you think a man who runs around to clubs when his wife is at home with 2 babies is living the American dream? That is a very sad vision of America. Just makes me think that Five Star Vintage is Five Star Vulgar.

Any company that wants a scuzzy gigolo for their image has a self-image problem.

LA Mapped {Gadling}

Oct 3rd 2006 12:02AM Erik, I have that mapping gene too, and I can assure you that it does not reside on a Y chromosome. I LOVE Google Earth, and have a whole cabinet devoted to maps, so I was very happy to see the link to the show. Thanks!

No Kissing On American Airlines? {Gadling}

Oct 1st 2006 4:18AM After reading the story in the New Yorker, it looks like the most offensive thing this couple did was lean on each other while sleeping. Heck, I've seen people who don't know each other do that on a plane, regardless of sex. I think the problem is with the original flight attendant, and then the rest of the crew standing by her, even when she had the reputation of being wrong.

What happened to making the customer happy? As long as those guys weren't dangerous to other passengers, they should have been left alone.

I'm sorry, I don't (or can't) eat that {Slashfood}

Sep 2nd 2006 4:38PM My pet peeves are people who serve ham to Moslems and Jews, beef to Hindus, and meat to Catholics on Friday during Lent, and then complain that we are picky eaters. It's 2006, it's time to get a brain.
