Teacher Says She Doesn't Regret Punching Student in Face {ParentDish}
Jun 6th 2011 2:15PM Its not that we blame the teacher. It is more related to the fact that students are exonerated from personal responsibility and consequences for their actions. A few of these little darlings become tyrants and abuse the system that school administration and irresponsible government have created.
She is not the first, nor will she be the last, teacher who is confronted by unruly hooligans like this punk kid who bullied her into a corner. In cases like these, it should be the responsible students who are punished, by expulsion or incarceration, for their idiotic acts. It seems like vandalism against authority to which there is no consequence imposed by the school administration.
Parents Upset After School Yearbook Lists George W. Bush, Dick Cheney as Worst People of All Time {ParentDish}
Jun 2nd 2011 2:34PM The teacher "advisor" to the yearbook is the culprit and should be reprimanded--perhaps to the point of job termination. I have no idea whether yearbook duty is assigned work or done for extra pay, but the negligence here is no different than being assigned to door duty or hall duty and then allowing the students to run wild through the assigned area. Any teacher of adolescents knows that some kids can quickly get out of control and become a danger to themselves.
As far as the individual above who thinks that this is no big deal and that the kids are only expressing how they feel, this is baloney. Kids at that age need to be taught how to "feel" and to show some decorum as appropriate. After all, what is school? An semester with Dr. Phil so we can discuss feelings?
Joy Behar Challenges Sarah Palin to Appear on 'The View' (VIDEO) {AOL TV}
Nov 16th 2010 11:17AM No way Sarah. Stay with Brown Bears. They are safer and saner.
Joy Behar Challenges Sarah Palin to Appear on 'The View' (VIDEO) {AOL TV}
Nov 16th 2010 10:53AM This is not about courage or anything resembling that. The view is such a left leaning group, they need to jack up their ratings with controversial figures like Governor Palin. I would not waste my time. Ms. Palin can much better appropriate her time than with the so-called hosts on the view. For their part, The View is probably running out of interesting lefties to showcase with their pabelum like questions. Stay the course Sarah. Wild bears are probably more fun than that bunch of magpies.
Times Square Bomb: Homeland Security Success or 'Lucky' Terrorism Catch? {Politics Daily}
May 9th 2010 12:03PM Your attempts at misdirection are not becoming on you. Go back and take a relevancy course and perhaps see if OZ has anymore brains available for the vacant lot that occupies the area behind your non-seeing eyes and non-hearing ears. With comments that you offer, you truly are an idiot.
Times Square Bomb: Homeland Security Success or 'Lucky' Terrorism Catch? {Politics Daily}
May 9th 2010 11:55AM I don't give up my right to free speech for any handbook. And, I recall the Hitler was also duly elected using lies and distortions. He found his own wars, internally and externally.
The lies and distortions sound very familiar.
Times Square Bomb: Homeland Security Success or 'Lucky' Terrorism Catch? {Politics Daily}
May 9th 2010 11:51AM We have been attacked three times in the past several months. None of the attacks were successful became the attackers failed. It had nothing to do with prevention on the part of Homeland Security. Whether you want to admit this or not, the only thing Homeland Security has excelled at since the Obama administration took the helm is the handling of public relations, mostly on sympathetic Sunday morning news shows. Folks, they are NOT preventing anything. It is as though a bunch of amateurs have not taken over what used to be the security of our country. One of these days, I am afraid that an attacker won't fail. When or if that happens, perhaps the HR people will blame the Tea Party or the Republican Party. Can you envision that? I can.
Sarah Palin Sticks to Her Guns, and Gun Imagery, in Message to Supporters {Politics Daily}
Mar 29th 2010 2:13PM How can a war be illegal when it was sanctioned by Congress as required in the Constitution? How much more ignorant can you be on a public forum?
ACORN: Preliminary Autopsy for Battered Community Organizer {Politics Daily}
Mar 22nd 2010 3:52PM This was a biased organization, funded by state and federal funds. Had it been an independent organization, I suppose it could take any political position as long as there were no illegal activities, which several states say there were. The ACORN organization cannot go away fast enough for my taste. But what really galls me is the author of this diatribe, Ray Abernathy, ensconcing his pro left / anti right views in throughout this seemingly objective news piece. Go back to journalism 101 and stop trying to pull the wool over the eyes of your readers. Most can see the truth about garbage organizations like ACORN and we don't need to learn it in the midst of your political opinions.
