Jan 29th 2009 2:36PM Doesn't the Dept of Health inspect these places? Why aren't they shut down and put out of business? I stayed at a Super 8 in Torrington, CT about 5 years ago. It was horrible. The room smelled like cat pee. The carpeting was old and musty, peeling wallpaper, dirty bathroom. I will never stay at a Super 8 again.
