Dirtiest Hotels in the United States {Gadling}

Jan 29th 2009 11:20AM Why is the Carter Hotel still open? Isn't there a health inspector in the area. If rooms are being used for welfore housing, why doesn't the state inspect them? Fix it or shut it down! Yuck! Nobody should have to live that way.
