Jan 28th 2009 2:18PM Heather I love your blog. I understand some people may think you are just talking negative. It would be nice to see these people who are upset with your blog do your job for just one day, they would deffinately have a new outlook on your post. Customer Service that is what the flight attendant gives you, some passengers though cannot be made happy no matter what you do for them, then their are those passengers who just want to be babied excuse me but grow up, or worse yet are two heavy for the seat they have or talk really loud etc. Heather is just explaining what bothers her, I am sure you who are complaining do so about your job also. This story does have two sides their are flight attendants from hell, but I don't think heather is one of them.
