Jan 28th 2009 11:35AM I have been following the stories on budget travel all over the world and I have to say that this by far was one of the most interesting pieces that hit my feed.
As it stands I am going to the Mediterranean this spring for an adventure cruise and after we disembark in Lisbon I head over to Israel to see a doctor about a heart valve proceedure that can't be performed in the US because it has not been approved by the FDA. The cost is not only factor as to why people travel outside their area to have surgical porceedures.
