Budget Travel: San Francisco {Gadling}

Jan 9th 2009 4:23PM As a long time San Franciscan and travel blogger/author to boot, I usually find "Inexpensive S.F." articles to be a quagmire of silliness and non information. But this article hits the nail on the head and was obviously well researched. Kudos for a job well done.

And Guy is correct about Musee Mechanique - it is absolutely worth the look. I even ezined an article about it recently (OK, I know the owner and am grateful to him for keeping the Musee open) but only because it really is an unheralded attraction that is truly under-priced. Many of the games should cost $1.00 and are still only a quarter. It always takes me back to Playland days.
