Man Boarded Delta Flight Without Boarding Pass {AOL Travel News}
Mar 11th 2011 7:27AM I didn't get on the plane but I was able to get into the "sterile area" with an old boarding pass. I had flown to see my fiancee for the weekend, and was running late to get to my gate in time. I asked multiple people if I could jump ahead in the security line, but the TSA agent was where I encountered major attitude. He was so busy being ugly to me (and wasting time) that he didn't realize that I had given him (accidentally) my old boarding pass TO the city from 2 days before--not the one for my departing flight!
When I got to the gate and was talking to the agent about the huge weather delay, the man asked me for my boarding pass; he tells me that I had given him an old one! Well, since I now had time, I went back to TSA, showed them the old boarding pass with the jerk TSA's initials, and told him that he messed up in attitude AND form. (of course, with the correct pass in hand, albeit without initials)

Apr 9th 2010 9:23AM My 1 1/2 y/o toy poodle--5 lbs of fluff and pure joy--expresses her displeasure in a much cuter (and cleaner) way. I frequently fly out for various reasons, and she, too, recognizes that my suitcases mean that I'm leaving in a few hours (I tend to pack last minute). So what does she do? If it's open, she sits inside the suitcase! If not, she'll prop herself on top of it! It's so cute, especially with the puppy face she puts on. Half the time, though, she's flying with me anyway.

Emerson Drive Singer in Emergency Plane Landing {The Boot}
Jan 20th 2009 8:01PM How funny. This happened to me on a flight from Charlotte to BWI on the day after Thanksgiving. US Airways, too. Anyone noticing a pattern here?
Thankfully, it was actually one of the smoothest landings I've ever been in, and I fly relatively frequently.

Jan 4th 2009 8:23PM The United States TSA is still attempting to get their act together. A few months ago, I was running late for a flight and the passengers in front of me allowed me to jump in front of them. I cordially, although hurriedly, told the TSA agent of my rush and handed him my ID and boarding pass. He responded, "It's not my problem," and rolled his eyes, 'checks' my documents and allows me through. I rush through only to find that my flight is majorly delayed due to mechanical issues. When I talk to the gate agent to get re-booked, I hand him the same boarding pass (still with my ID wrapped up in it from running to the gate) and the gate agent asks me for today's pass. I made it through with the pass I used to get to that airport 3 days prior! In my rush, I pulled out the old pass that was in my pocket from before.
'Thanks' to Airtran, I had plenty of time to report the error and the attitude to his supervisor.
I've also made it through, albeit unintentionally, with all kinds of liquids--hair gel, shampoo, u-name-it--at multiple airports. Aren't they supposed to eliminate that silly rule later this year? Plus, some airports want asthma inhalers in the plastic baggy, others don't care. Go figure!
