Dec 17th 2009 9:14AM Maybe the time has come for the FAA to kick it up a notch. Arm the flight attendants with tasers and when the senator doesn't follow orders, ZAPPP. Just kidding of course, but after all we have been through since 9-11 it still amazes me that my fellow travelers don't get it. We have rules we must follow to make flying bearable. The people who don't follow the rules make a stressful situation worse for everyone. I see them all the time, thinking they are bigger than the rest of us. I really think you need to escort them off the plane, no arguments, no excuses, just give them the boot. Don't rebook them, let them scramble. Once that happens to one or two of them, I think the problem will go away.

Dec 30th 2008 5:34PM Lee Westwood the golfer and his caddy were on a flight to Manchester with me in business class, light on and gabbing all the way from Atlanta to GB. Unfortunately this was before noise canceling headphones. No one mentioned the folks who have not heard that liquids and gels are forbidden or try convinve the TSA folks that there is only 4 ounces in there quart bottle of shampoo.
