Oct 17th 2010 4:09PM My son and I went to Mexico City with some 'seasoned' friends. They wore aloha shirts, shorts, multiple cameras - the whole tourist schtick. We wore dark, subdued, ordinary clothing. Guess who got their pockets picked on the Metro - not us! People went out of their way to be helpful to us.

Apr 23rd 2010 4:58PM On my son's advice, I uninstalled MacAfee (which I got free from my service provider). Then I installed Microsoft Security Essentials and rebooted. What a difference! My old laptop had been so slow I was about to trash it, both booting up and running programs. Now I like it again.

Dec 9th 2008 1:51PM Most PDAs have e-book capability, plus they do all the things you want in a PDA - calendar, e-mail, games, Audible books, camera, phone, etc. They are smaller and lighter than the Kindle, so they fit in a pocket or a small purse.
