Jan 22nd 2012 1:07AM First thing is the house, second is the neighborhood, Third is the school
( if you have kids )Alot of people don't consider the property and privacy.
Do you want a small lot with the neighbors breathing down your neck or would you like to pay a little more for privacy. I have experienced a night mare with neighbors who were from hell . . YOU NEED SPACE, so pay a little extra for privacy . . . you won't regret it . . . trust me
Jan 8th 2012 10:00AM This is very tough, however, the rule overides the cicumstance. If you allow one then you have to allow others to do the same, the grandparents should know better. I read my covenances before buying my home and agreed then that that was where I wanted to live, I had my share of the NEIGHBORS and wanted a place to live where most everyone was on the same page . . .
NO Junk cars, Boats, RV's, Trailers, Big Trucks in the driveway or stockpiled in the back yard and wanted to see everyone CUT their grass on regular basis, Etc, Etc. . . . they HAVE to move!!!
Nov 29th 2011 10:45AM Everyone is talking about the pay, it takes time to make good money, just like everything else. What about the fringe benefits of traveling to so many different places . . . it's like a vacation all year round, and think of all the different people you can meet up with, there are a lot of pluses, including FREE airfare.
I think most flight attendants get this job mostly for the traveling experience.
Jun 30th 2011 10:49AM AI should change all the JUDGES including Randy . . . it's not the judges that keeps the fans . . it's the singers, but to be honest . . you need better judges and a variety of them with different personalties and maybe a little bit more sarcasm.
Jun 7th 2011 12:06AM That guy was CLEARLY ASSAULTED by three men and they didn't care if he was injured. They could have just escorted him away from the scene or called security. The injured guy has a case and he should be compensated for his injuries and more.
There are laws for a person being assaulted . . .
Apr 18th 2011 7:56PM This is a perfect example of . . . if you allow your partner to be alone long enough you will lose them.
There is a lesson to be learned here . . . given the opportunity and you will drift away from your partner, it's that simple.
This happens all the time, especially on the those shows where the nobody's mingle with the so called STARS. Go Figure!
Mar 26th 2011 11:08AM It's amazing how women can transform themselves into a beauty queen with makeup. a slinky dress, add super hi heels and OH, don't forget the hairdo . . . way tooo expensive and very high maitinence . . . if you were to do this everyday. Glad I didn't marry one of these babes.
With me . . . it's a shirt, dress slacks, blazer, nice shirt, polished shoes and a comb thru the hair. . . priceless!
And then, NOT to wake up in the morning with one of the above and gasp . . is that what you REALLY LOOK LIKE . . . . not at any price!
Bottom line . . Stay natural as much as possible + Save money + Save your sanity = Happiness!
Mar 25th 2011 1:13PM The new seller fees on the FINAL VALUE charge is outrageous, I particularly sell quite a bit over seas and shipping fees are VERY HIGH and pay pal already takes a FULL FEE on the Total Value including shipping, now Ebay is going to do the same, well, that's going to be a big mistake because now my profits are even less.
I can sell an item for $25, and it costs $19 to ship to Australia . . I can't help that, WTF!
Let's see . . Insertion Fee + Ebay Final Value Fee + Pay Pal Final Value Fee = No Real Profit
I understand why they are forcing the new FEES on us, but it's not fair for the sellers who are charging a fair shipping fee. Ebay should charge the sellers who are inflating shipping charges the extra fees . . . PERIOD!
Feb 24th 2011 10:57AM This show with all the rest of them have to tone down all the sexual innuendos. It's getting WAY OUT OF CONTROL, every other sentence has something to do with SEX . . . sick of it . . . what's happening to this once great country.
Feb 12th 2011 8:53AM I'll say it again, Americans have to do what the egyptians did, use the internet to gain forces and work like a team of 10's of thousands to battle all these greedy people. Here are just a few examples of what we could change in a heart beat: Get the oil companies to lower their prices back to an affordable $1.95!
Have Utility Co's roll back their prices and stop with the late fees! Demand the Banks lay off the Americans who can still own and live in their by working out another methode of payment! Tell the medical & DRUG industry it's the end of the line for them to make BILLIONS of DOLLARS, just because we want to stay alive! We can do the same with ALL sports, PROTEST in MASS NUMBERS.
