Product review - The Notebook Buddy {Gadling}

Nov 18th 2008 8:12PM I've had one of these things for about a year now and it's totally changed my computing experience. No more aching back from leaning over the desk instead of using it on my lap. No more hard drive overheating due to use on my lap (this happened two times in two years with my current laptop before the pad... and since I've been using the pad it hasn't overheated in over a year now!) No more hot/sweaty lap area! Oh, and you can wrap it around your laptop when you travel for extra padding because it weighs nothing and is crazy pliable. The cracks I had on my laptop from travel stress when I bought the pad haven't gotten any worse... and did I mention that it's been a whole year since I had this thing? Anyway, this is an awesome product, and it's so inexpensive it's stupid NOT to buy one considering how expensive laptops are. A must have! It will extend the life of your laptop! (And your lap :-)
