Dec 26th 2010 2:26PM Hm. I have not seen a single one of these programs, and have to say, honestly, have not heard of about ninety percent of them. I have seen Larry King's show, but never from start to finish, and I remember sometimes watching "At the Movies" but only before Gene Siskel died. I won't miss any of them. I cancelled my DirecTV and unplugged the TV's over two years ago and have actually had a much more full life. Not passing judgement on anyone who watches television, I have to say, as someone who watched a TON throughout my youth up until my 40's, I have a much fuller life now. I play music live with a group, I go to shows, plays, movies, concerts, I travel, I visit sites I only saw on tv and thought was good enough, try it sometime. It is so liberating. Plus, anything good you really want to see is on the Internet anyway.

Rather than spend a moment as a guest of the Federal Government of the United States, I would heartily suggest he leave on the first luxury private jet available and not come back. Many tax exiles have done this, and he should too. If he actually kept his money and DIDN'T give it to Uncle Sam, good for him. Put it in a Bahamian bank and do movies in other countries. This country isn't all it's cracked up to be anyway, not anymore, that is for sure. It is much better in many other countries, better quality of life, better value for your money, better health care, just simply better, and he can afford the best.

She is an actress doing whatever business the director TOLD her to do for whatever reason he felt necessary to sell the shot. All of you who think it is "real life" need to realize this is probably a set on the backlot at Warners or RKO or some place like that, and she was an extra hired for the day to play a pedestrian. Jeez...cell phones...good grief.

Blueboy is absolutely right, since when do we make the Japanese pay daily and forever as a people for Pearl Harbor? If you believe the way Merle and dxmjohns believe, then, perhaps Christians should pay for the murder and denigration of Jewish people throughout the ages. Perhaps Catholics today should be held accountable to Protestants for the crimes of the Inquisition? Perhaps Protestants should continue to be punished and bombed and murdered by the IRA in Northern Ireland for the crimes and atrocities of William of Orange? Get real, if you and your little hateful group of nationalists don't like a mosque going in in lower Manhattan, offer the Muslims a price they can't refuse and BUY it from them instead of wringing your hands and beating your gums about it. Then you can put in a Wal-Mart or a Nascar store or something else equally inapppropriate. Shut up, put your money where your mouth is, and pracice what America does best, CAPITALISM.
