Lesbian Soldier Discharged Due to Police Bigmouths {BV Black Spin}

Mar 17th 2010 1:01AM I am neither for nor am I against anyone's sexual choices. We are all of one Creator, who looks beyond many of our faults and life styles and loves us and is there for each of us anytime we are in need of Him. This young lady didn't worry about who she would be fighting for she just went about it that we all are equal and she risk her life for each one of those she fought beside. For the police to step into a military situation and make that disclosure I feel it as unjustified. It could be a member of his family would he or she have been so quick to provide such information? I think not. The only person that young lady really would have to answer to in time is God. Other then that it is none of our business to make decisons on anyone other then ourselves. And I am a christian woman and bibically I know we are NOT to marry the same sex. But it is NOT ANY OF OUR PLACES TO BE SO SUPERIOR FOR THERE IS ONLY ONE SUPERIOR THAT WE ALL MUST STAND BEFORE. So let's try and keep weeds out of our own yards and everything will be alright. The young lady need true prayers to pray for her not CONDEMN her.

TSA forces Richmond airport to issue access badge to convicted felon {Gadling}

Feb 7th 2010 11:09AM I think that you miss the point"should a felon be hired for the TSA"?...my answer to that would be that this person committed a crime before the age of 18. That in itself is reason in most parts of the world is not looked at for any position. Had it been committed at the age of 18 or over then there would be reason to not hire. I also believe in second and in some cases third chances...Not to go Bibicial on anyone....but how many times are we forgiven by our creator...If one has served time and taken that time to really and truly be rehabilitated then I believe they should be allowed employment. The trouble with the world today with the out pour of unemployment there are qualified people for many jobs but because of their past they are denied employment...what happens then is no employment they return to CRIMES. We have to find ways to help those who are really trying to stay above the law. PEOPLE DO CHANGE.... And I personally believe they should be given the opportunity to show that being incarcerated or detained in what ever situation they may have been in that they have now the ability to keep themselves clear of further criminal behavior. NO JOBS>>>>>Causes room for MORE CRIMES. We as a people should be willing to help that person who may be trying to better themselves. I speak personally because I have a son who 15 years ago had a felony charge against him....TODAY.....I am preparing for His University Graduation with a MASTER'S DEGREE.... Someone saw what he was doing for his life and we are so Thankful first and foremost to God....and then to those who were there for him and saw the GOOD....in him....He has been free of any criminal behavior and has been employed in an outstanding field where he has been able to help others to not become repeat offenders....I know there are others that are out there and YES!!!! THEY TOO DESERVE THE OPPORTUNITY...My son's crimes were committed as a foolish adult with bad decisions.....but THANK GOD for the CHANGE.

I AM SO SO SORRY #8. I AM AFRICAN AMERICAN AND I AM 62YR OF AGE AND I WAS NOT BROUGHT ON TO BE RACIAL AND WHEN I HEAR IT OR SEE IT IT HURTS ME. IN SOME WAY WE ALL HAVE BEEN THROUGH SOMETHING AND TO CONTINUE TO ELABORATE ON IT DISTURBS MY HEART. WE AS A PEOPLE JUST REALLY NEED TO TRY HARDER TO GET ALONG WITH EACH OTHER. I LIKE AUTUMN IT IS SO BEAUTIFUL WITH THE DIFFERENT COLORS OF LEAVES...WELL GUESS WHAT....WE ARE ALL BEAUTIFUL AS WELL WITH THE DIFFERENT COLORS OF PEOPLE. THINK ABOUT IT.

Nov 7th 2008 2:40AM TO #8 YOUR COMMENTS RE: THE COTTON FIELDS WAS VERY UNNECESSARY. WE ARE PASS THAT. MOVE ON. A CHANGE HAS TAKEN PLACE AND YOU ARE STILL STUCK BACK THERE IN TIME. SEE GOD KNEW WHEN TO MAKE THE CHANGE AND WE AS CITIZENS OF THE U.S.A. NEED TO JOIN TOGETHER TO HELP MAKE THE CHANGE POSSIBLE. TO BE STUCK ON IGNORANCE IS LONG OVER DUE TO BE PUSHED ASIDE. HOW CAN WE GO FORWARD IF WE STILL KEEP THOUGHTS OF YESTERDAY. GOD FORGIVES AND WE ARE ALSO TO DO LIKEWISE. YOU SEE WHAT HAS TAKEN PLACE ON NOV. 4 WAS WHAT OUR ANCESTORS AND MARTIN LUTHER KING ETC. HAD FOUGHT FOR. FOR IN MARTIN'S SPEECH HE SAID THAT"ONE DAY". SO TAKE NOTICE THAT DAY HAS COME. WE ARE ONE IN CHRIST. SO LET EACH OF US DO OUR PART TO KEEP IT MOVING. THANKS BE TO GOD FOR GIVING THE VICTORY.

WE HAVE COME A LONG WAY AND IT IS "CHANGE" TIME. GET PASS THE PAST AND MOVE ON. WE ARE ALL IN THIS TOGETHER. IF WE CONTINUE WITH THAT MINDSET HOW CAN WE ADVANCE? TO GOD BE THE GLORY FOR THE OPPORTUNITY THAT HAS BEEN GIVEN TO OUR PRESIDENT ELECT. THE CHANGE IS WITHIN IN US. AND I TRULY BELIEVE THAT THE WORLD WILL BE A BETTER PLACE IN WHICH TO LIVE. AND YOU HAVE MY WORD ON THAT!! GOD BLESS
