Backpacking through Europe: The basics {Gadling}

Oct 30th 2008 8:53AM Hi there. We are planning to travel Europe for a month. We are from South Africa and will be travelling with our two kids, aged 4 and 9. We don't have alot of time to see all the countries in Europe but would like to ask suggestions in terms of when it would be best to travel and which countries would be preferable to travel with kids, for instance is Czech Republic and Belguim worth visiting a day or two? Any ideas would be great.
