Nov 13th 2009 2:28PM We've stayed in San Marino twice, and once you overlook the tacky tourist-trap souvenirs, the city on the mountaintop has a lot to offer. Make the trek out to the 3rd tower (unfortunately not open to the public) for awesome views along the trail/wall.

Jul 26th 2009 7:28PM I remember being there (1992, I recall) and seeing how the mummies were basically on top of each other. If you looked closely, you could see through some of the wrappings too... we thought that was cool but not very respectful. We didn't get into any back rooms, however...

Jul 9th 2009 10:09PM I was curious about the format you shoot in, I too shoot in RAW but it does require more post-processing to get online... but the trade-offs are worth it, in my opinion.
Also, I totally agree about not deleting anything from the camera screen, you can't tell if eyes are open/shut, and you never know when that Pulitzer image comes through!
