Jan 27th 2009 12:19PM Hi Pat - Don't worry, I didn't forget; rather, I opted to focus strictly on the city. You're right, the Henry Ford is a top attraction in the region. I'd also like to mention Cranbrook, up in Bloomfield Hills, with its art museum, not to mention the cool suburban downtowns of Birmingham and Royal Oak for shopping and hanging out, or, further on, Ann Arbor. Then there's wine tasting right across the river at the Ontario wineries, just past Windsor -- one of my favorite things to do in the entire region. It's a lot to talk about in one short story!
