Oct 12th 2008 11:15AM Though I disagree with McCain's policies and will probably not vote for him, I acknowledge that he is an honorable man. So is Obama. What appalls me is the rabid stupidity and hatred of some voters. If the people who say "off with Obama's head" prevail, I'm emigrating to some other country. Similarly, please note that no-one on the Left is so ugly in condemning McCain. It's always the right that has the violent, authoritarian, vicious, murdering zealots. But still, we HAVE to have something better than government bailouts at taxpayer expense. There I side with the right. We're all going to hurt if the too-big-to-fail corps go down. But let them go down first. We're still all going to hurt anyway, because the greedy, selfish, blinkered right-wing mega-capitalist jerks who made this mess possible will get away scot-free anyway. Where is REAL reform?
