HO HO HO! Merry... Holidays! {People Connection Blog - OLD}

Jan 23rd 2009 6:39PM I usually find putting up Christmas decorations a big chore after doing it now for several decades. But I probably dislike taking everything down even more. My wife every year reminds the season I took all Christmas decorations down on Christmas day. She still gives me a hard time for that.

Hiking up Arizona's Camelback Mountain {Gadling}

Dec 9th 2008 11:45PM Thanks for the description and the pic. It's been a long time since I've hiked up that trail, way too long. http://www.choicearizona.com/arizona_auto_insurance.php

There's Plenty of Interest in Adam Dunn {Fanhouse MLB Blog}

Dec 9th 2008 11:41PM DBacks are sticking to a financial budget, which is great for the team but not so great for fans. They fortunately play in a division that only requires you to be slightly above average. If their pitching is superior as they hope, they should compete for most of the year. Why they signed what's his name (the guy who plays left field but got hurt....) is anyone guess. That was a major mistake. It will be a mistake not bringing RJ back. http://www.choicearizona.com/arizona_auto_insurance.php

Coco Crisp Traded to Royals {Fanhouse MLB Blog}

Dec 9th 2008 11:36PM Maybe someday the Royals will go back to a strategy that worked well back in the late seventies and early eighties - speed and guys who could make contact. Then teams got caught up in the power game. Those days are over. Speed is the future. http://www.grandcanyonquotes.com

Is it worth getting full car insurance on a used car? {WalletPop}

Oct 21st 2008 7:10PM Carrying full coverage on an older vehicle is often times very, very inexpensive. You may be surprised at how little the difference in premium between full coverage and liability is on an older vehicle. Some carriers have a cut off in age for when they'll write older vehicles.

Layaway shopping is the new black as Kmart joins revival {WalletPop}

Oct 21st 2008 6:38PM I've always considered lay away much better. It' s paying cash for something, just over time. Credit cards have demonstrated that people cannot be trusted to pay those off. Credit card debt has destroyed far too many families in our nation. I'd like to see them change CC's in some way. http://www.lowcostaffordableinsurance.com

Obama: 'McCain Won't Say it to My Face' {Politics Daily}

Oct 9th 2008 4:57PM I agree with someone else here - WE NEED TO VOTE FOR AN INDEPENDENT, even if that means a nutcase like Nader.

If you folks keep voting in the same Republicans AND Democrats this circle of bad government will continue until this country collapses from bad AIG-TYPE management.

MLB FanHouse NLCS Roundtable {Fanhouse MLB Blog}

Oct 9th 2008 4:41PM This may be an exceptional series. I like the Phillies in it but L.A. has played incredible since the arrival of Manny. Can't wait to watch. http://www.lowcostaffordableinsurance.com

Obama Rejects Own Mortgage Idea {Politics Daily}

Oct 9th 2008 4:35PM Until we get some fiscally conservative people in Congress nothing will matter. The Presidency matters very little. We need people in Congress who do not spend money as if there no tomorrow. That's the plan. http://www.lowcostaffordableinsurance.com
