Jan 25th 2011 10:52PM First of all, the plane didn't "plummet" 26,000 feet. It also didn't "drop" 26000 feet. The crew used a "controlled" descent to get the plane down to an altitude where oxygen wouldn't be required. It happens. It happened to me at the controls. We train for this. It's an easy procedure to execute. REALLY getting tired of journalists and their idiotic interpretation of what happens.

Jan 11th 2011 7:53AM Just because it's called the "History Channel" DOESN'T mean it actually happened. The channel is mostly a propaganda site for special interest groups. In particular, you see a ton of shows about the holocaust (the one in Germany not others like in Russia, Cambodia, Africa, etc.) and of course ripping good old Hitler. Same old story, same old lines.
