Schools closing because there were "no funds", yet having $30 Billion a MONTH to wage an illegal war to drive money into his oil-baron familys' pockets.
YET, the Republicans will sit back and BLAME President Obama for all the worlds' ills when he has only been in charge for a YEAR!

Aug 24th 2009 8:09AM I have worked at Costco in the past, as a vendor.
Just to let you know, Costco hires all walks of people.
The Store Manager at the one I worked at is black.
I would say 30% of the Top 15 people in charge are black, 40% women and %20 gay.
Some of those numbers would contain black women, gay women, etc.
Costco is one of the most diverse companies I have ever worked at.
It is society at large,and minorities in general, who choose to be offended by everything under the sun.
Get a grip, get over it, grow up. You have enough strength and intelligence to get attention other ways than through "shock".

My bank CONSTANTLY holds back transactions until I forget about them (a week or more), then only apply them to my account when it is GUARANTEED that it will cause me to go into Overdraft!
ALSO, they charge a $2.00 fee to do a basic (not drawn out) balance inquiry at a competitors ATM, but they DO NOT MENTION THAT FEE when they ask if you would like an inquiry.
One such inquiry caused me to go 12 cents over, which resulted in a $32.00 overdraft charge, which required 3 months and 3 different people to correct it.
Banks are shady. Period.

It is a member of the family, a loved one.
These people who give up their pets because of lack of finances I am sure still have their cable service, computers, trips, new clothes, etc.
These people are heartless and irresponsible.
I have 3 birds, 2 dogs (16 and 17 years old) and 3 rats. And I am very low middle-class.
If they need food or healthcare, and money is tight, then I give up a case of diet Coke. Or I go to the bookstore and read the book I want, not purchase it.
If you cannot make a lifetime commitment to your pet, then do not get one. Period.....
