Mar 14th 2012 3:58AM If parents were as considerate as most on this blog state this wouldn't be an issue, unfortunately most aren't. The best solution? The airlines should have designated flights which allow children under 5 on the flight, all others require all passengers to be over 5. I'm a parent and I realize no matter what you do sometimes your kid is just going to act up. So? Remove them from the situation, why should everyone else have to put up with what even drives you crazy as the parent. This doesn't mean parents on these flights shouldn't take care of keeping their kid quiet, but it does allow those that don't want to and shouldn't have to an opportunity to have this annoyance eliminated in a fair and safe manner.

The south isn't all about slavery. Lincoln didn't care if slaves were freed or not. He just wanted to country to stay together. The south was tired of how the north was running the country being the north was more industrial and the south was farmers. The flag is part of this countries history. It's likely just as many whites fought for slaves to be free as fought to keep slaves. This has a lot to do with why it's so ridiculous to say "whites" are racist when a huge number lost their lives to free blacks. This lady is also free and should fly the flag if she chooses, it's a good looking flag.

Jul 12th 2011 10:42PM You mean that kid you always seem to get seated by with the mucous bubbles coming from a buggery nose and a hacking cough as the kid looks at you and your food with that blank stare? Or better yet reaches out with a filthy hand to touch your nice clothes, neck or face. After just putting a finger up it's nose pulling out a green glob and eating it or wiping it in your hair? Then the parents say "turn around honey" the kid ignores them, you have the same view but an increase in stench as the kid grunts, the parents hear the braaapblaap as the green gas fills the room as the diaper was just filled. The parents comment on how great their child is acting. Yeeaah, but it's not my kid and I really don't enjoy the view or the kid as my date and I have a nice dinner. Maybe next time I'll eat in a portable outhouse that hasn't been emptied in a few months. Wow! I'm really hungry now, I think I'll spend a lot of money and come back to this place more often. GOOD FOR THE OWNER! It's not JUST the screaming and crying.
