Creepy Town, USA {Digital City Blog}
Sep 12th 2008 8:44AM Another great American "Creepy Town" story that seems to have died down since the 90's takes place in Utah. A family buys a farm only to find out that there are some seriously weird things happening. Dogs go chasing after something that can't be seen and mysteriously disappear, leaving only a charred spot on the ground where they were last seen. Various otherworldly creatures are spotted on the grounds. UFO's are spotted on a regular basis.Farm animals are mutilated in ways that no wild animal would do and no human could get to them and away without being seen or leaving footprints (in one instance, a cow was mutilated and left in the snow and there were no tracks around the animal). There is a book about it called The Hunt for the Skinwalker. The family wanted to get out but couldn't afford to just leave the property, so a millionaire with an interest in the macabre decided to buy the land and bring in scientists to study it. The book is the results of those studies-sadly, nothing could be captured on film or otherwise documented but there are real life experiences from well-respected scientists, law men and more. Very, very creepy!
