United Airlines' 1994 misstep multiplied {Gadling}

Sep 3rd 2008 1:16AM I despise United Airline's corporate management, but as a VERY frequent flyer on United, I have to say, "I really love their crews!" The crews continue to amaze me with the service that I get in and out of San Francisco. Seriously, I fly them so much, and their flight attendants and pilots are always so friendly and helpful! Say what you want about them, but they are ALWAYS the friendliest crews to me, and I fly all over the world, a LOT!

To the SFO based crew on my ORD to SFO flight last night, you were great!
