Apr 21st 2010 8:12AM Trust me . I have flown Delta for forty years and they have no loyalty to frequent flyers anymore.They lost all there glory. Delta was once a great airline, treated people with respect. Those days are long gone.
I have lost status three time's now. The last time over 100 miles that i need to maintain my Platnium status
There is not much this airline does for me anymore. Whoever can get me there direct, usually gets my $$ now.
