Sandra Bullock's Evolving Style (PHOTOS) {Stylelist (Main)}

Jul 26th 2011 9:46AM Nobody seems to wear necklaces anymore with their low cut gowns. I always think that a bit of jewelry looks so nice against bare skin. Guess it's passe now.

Summer Fun and Games: You Could Be Your Kid's Favorite Toy {ParentDish}

Jul 24th 2011 6:43AM I beg to differ. I grew up calling it "Hide and GO seek." Is it grammatically proper? Probably not. It's probably just a regional thing.

After all these comments about drunk parents and kids who lacked love in their upbringing, THAT'S what you chose to comment on? REALLY?

I wish I could dole out pieces of my childhood in the '50s to those who did not have that childhood. I LOVED doing stuff with my parents, and my friends adored their parents too. We didn't "outgrow" them until we were about 12, and I wish I had the years between 1962 and 1972 to be with them and make amends for what I missed. Of course, rejecting your parents for being "uncool" is a rite of passage. I'm sure they understood.

Kingston Rossdale's Blue Mohawk {Stylelist (Main)}

Jul 7th 2011 3:35AM Oh, for God's sake, all of us had stupid styles when we were kids. My mom used to go ballistic when we ironed our hair so we could look like Cher. Childhood is a time for being silly and having fun. If the kid likes the blue mohawk, let him have fun with it. If everyone laughs at him, he'll ditch it. I'm 60 years old and am wondering why everyone makes a federal case out of every little fun. Enjoy life! Don't live it with a stick up your butt. Laugh! Have a ball!

'Captain America' Star Chris Evans Admits He Is Losing Hair {PopEater}

Jun 8th 2011 1:29PM Bald? Big deal. At least you're in good health. Stop whining! Slap on a toupee and suck it up. Pernell Roberts, Sean Connery, and Ted Danson are only a few of the stars who have had to deal with this. (Pssst, by the way, we know you're not REALLY a super hero, so get over it.)

Bald is beautiful. Accept it with grace and dignity.

Breast Milk Baby Doll Teaches Kids to Breast-Feed {ParentDish}

Mar 30th 2011 4:34PM Geez, I remember when I was growing up in the '50s, it was FUN to play with a doll. You got to dress them and cuddle them and drag them around to tea parties.

Nowadays, you have to clean their poop, listen to them cry (Loudly), and now you have to breast feed them. What's next? A Vomiting Vicky doll? (Actually, Mad Magazine said just such a thing back in the '60s. It was SUPPOSED to be absurd.)

It's very sad. I have no moral objections to breastfeeding, although I'm not too keen on seeing a 7-year-old mime it. I just can't imagine working so hard to play with a doll.

Sure, we had Tiny Tears, who cried silent tears and tinkled a bit (clear water). But nobody ever asked us to whip out a breast and feed them. Ridiculous!

Foo Fighters' Dave Grohl Slams 'Glee' Creator: 'F*** That Guy' {PopEater}

Mar 19th 2011 9:19PM Scary the way John Stamos looks so much like Bob Saget in this particular picture. Or Jeff Probst. Yeah, that's it! Jeff Probst!

Melissa Leo Quickly Apologizes for Her Oscars F-Bomb {PopEater}

Feb 28th 2011 5:19AM I am not a prude, but I firmly believe that the constant use of obscenities in our every day speech is a sign of a weak, uncreative mind. Can't we be more creative, people?

Confessions of a Coroner {AOL Jobs}

Feb 16th 2011 7:29AM I don't think she was whining. She was just giving a reality check to those who think that a coroner's world is what is depicted on shows such as CSI on TV. Everyone should be aware of the fact that ANY job can be tedious at times. Right now, I see too many kids wanting to get into some aspect of forensics solely because they watch CSI, or Bones, or some other show that gets its verve from dramatic license. I thought the article was well done, and if you read closely, she gives the REAL reason people should go into this work -- because by dealing with the dead (and the unappetizing aspects of the profession), you help the living.

Celebrity Beauty Looks of the Day: Petra Nemcova, Kristin Scott Thomas and Leona Lewis {Stylelist (Main)}

Feb 11th 2011 6:19PM Why do people post the lame comment "This is news?" AOL is posting things of interest to those in all walks of life. You may not think something about makeup is news, and of course you're right. But some sports stories seem lame to me, and not news at all, but that doesn't mean I criticize them. Someone is sure to be interested. Grow up and accept that not all of us have the same interests.

Charlie Sheen Scandals Leave 'Two and a Half Men' Fans Unfazed {PopEater}

Feb 10th 2011 5:11AM It's very sad that he seems intent on killing himself, but I separate the actor from the character. I love 2 1/2 Men and am not about to stop watching it because one of its stars is an a-hole. That's why I still enjoy Mel Gibson, even though he seems to be a bigot. However, I do respect the feelings of those who choose to boycott actors due to their morality (or lack thereof).
