Sep 21st 2009 9:13AM how long did it take her to lose the weight? I am at 180, am working with a trainer, do weight training(heavy), eat 6 small meals as advised from my trainer and still no weight or inches is being lost so I am frustrated and at a loss as to what to do.

Sep 3rd 2009 9:38AM i'm not one for nonfiction so i california doesn't really interest me nor the romances but the mma one and the one from the brit look pretty cool, not really sure about the motley crue one as i grew up with them but i am sure we dont know half the story! the vampire book looks like something you dont read in public if you're easily aroused, lol, looking forward to that one...i tend to like really eccentric books, i liked White Widow from Jim Lehrer, When I was Five, I Killed Myself, which is not about suicide at all but mostly from the point of view of a six year old and what happens to him as events unfold around him, that one is by Howard Buten. I suggest those for people who like novels about the struggle of the human mind against mankind

Jun 17th 2009 8:50AM hey kent! i am not sure if you remember me, jennifer, we spoke sometime last year about me having a fear of flying and going abroad to london?...well, i can officially say i've finally boarded my first plane in 15 years! it was a trip to vegas and did you know i wasn't even nervous at all the entire time, even the night before! i boarded the plane in austin like a pro, memphis like a pro and finally got to vegas! the only problem i had was the crosswinds in SLC coming back to austin....the plane felt like it dropped a whole half a mile down! crreeepy! but i have to say i loved it...i didnt freak out amazingly and even felt comfortable enough to look at the skymall magazines! i look forward to going to europe but man, i gotta find out how to keep myself busier for long flights! i cannot handle two or more hours up in the air without going all crazy and a.d.d...imagine 7 hours in a plane to london and back! yikes!:) thank you as always for yours and your fellow pilots professionalism.:)

Jan 16th 2009 8:42AM i just want to say hats off and a million thank you's to the pilot and crew staff of this plane. i heard a new york hip hop station talking about the details of this crash and how many people are happy yet there are some that are thinking conspiracy theory. i just want to say that this just encourages me to fly even more because the staff and crew really are as capable....according to the radio station-this pilot had to think fast, all within a minute and a half of landing the plane on the hudson river. this man deserves accolades for being honest as well but what amazes me is the people running up and down the aisles??? anyhow, this story has made my day.

Jan 8th 2009 8:36AM i thought you had to put any alcohol in checked luggage, i thought you couldn't take it with you in carry-on??? wow. me and him would have had to fight, nuff said. i dont need a-holes on any of the planes i am riding to make anything worse for me when i travel. jesus.
