Mar 22nd 2010 7:52PM The trial was only about the fraud aspect. It doesn't say anything about the insurance company having to pay the claim. If you do something to your own property no insurance company is going to pay a claim and they CLEARLY did to themselves. Therefore, no pay but no fraud conviction either.
