This has nothing to do with sore losers, the lawyer bringing the lawsuit in PA is a lifelong Democrat. These cases are about upholding the US Constitution. Period.

Correct me if I am wrong please, but wasn't Obama's mother an american? I could also be wrong about this too, but if a person is born in another country with at least one parent being an american, wouldn't that make that child american by birth?

The question about Obama's birth place was in question for over six months. They have documented proof from Obama's aunt and half sister that they witnessed Obama being born in Kenya. To be eligible for citizenship in the USA His mother had to live in Hawaii from age 9 to age 19. (ten years).
