Oct 16th 2008 12:04AM HOA lawyers across the country are making millions by forcing liens such as yours, buying up the property for the cost of the lien, and reselling it for huge profits that go right into their pockets. They do this in collusion with the little nazis that run the HOA boards, and they are the biggest threat to homeowners in the covenant developments. Write your congressman, and see if he's in their pocket as well. Our HOA here finally got fed up and recalled the whole board, fired all their vendors and sent the lawyers packing. However, you have to be on the alert constantly, the lawyers and their lackeys on the board will even change your cc&r's without any vote. My sympathy to you.

Sep 4th 2008 11:17PM Why would any person, irregardless of color, who is a working man or woman, vote for the Republican Party. They don't care about wotking people. They have labored mightily to destroy unions, shrink the middle class, deny health care, deny any raise in minimum wages, not to mention their criminal acts in manipulating elections and staging premptive wars. I'm sick of these people, and no amount of feel-good rhetoric coming from these neo nazis will change my mind about them. The sooner America wises up and throws them out, the better.
