Dec 8th 2009 10:33AM Let's face it. Gold is just a piece of metal like any other piece of metal having no real value other than its use as a conductor of electricity. People who believe that gold or diamonds have real value are just fooling themselves. Money is just a tool we use for commerce, none of it has any real value. If you had all the gold in the world and there was no food to buy, then you would still starve to death, leaving you with a load of worthless metal.

Nov 16th 2009 12:27AM As a man in my mid fifties and having smoked pot since I was 13, I may have some insight on this matter. First off, I agree most smokers smoke on weekends and don't get high at work . While I am not saying your driving will not be impaierd after smoking but trust me as a ex drinker there is no comparison to the ability to drive high versus driving drunk. One more thing, I have never seen anyone get violent when ONLY smoking pot. If your brother/cousin beat their spouces or girlfriend while smoking pot I can almost guarantee there were other chemicals involved.

Then there's the start of health care for ALL Americans, the added troops in Afghanistan to find and kill the people ACTUALLY responsible for attacking our country, the reatoring of Americas good name among countries that despised us for the last five years, hopefully the beginnings of prosecution of people that violated human rights by torturing them just to build a case for invading a country that never attacked us, there are many more things but I feel you are probablyu just shaking your head at this point thinking me the fool and you so wise.

May 19th 2009 3:18AM I personally don't like abortions but I also know that as a man pregancy is not an issue I will have to deal with, as far as my body goes anyway. The choice to have the baby or have an abortion IS legally up to the pregnant woman. It is something that she alone has to deal with. Women die delivering babies all the time. I can see why a woman wouldnt want to risk this happening to her. Our President believes the same way I do and obviously so did the Bush administration and both houses because the Republicans had control for six years and never attempted to change the law.

Even when they knew the exact coordinates they couldnt hit the target. Sarah is an ignorant lady who probably couldnt point to North Korea on a map. I love the way she spouts off like she knows something. Sovereign state? That is too funny. Even my fourth grade grandson knows Alaska isn't a sovereign state. Keep up the good work Sarah. Feb 19th 2009 9:41AM I know a lot of gals want a taller man but in reality it is always the shorter guys who have the happiest marriages. Tall men tend to be domineering and many abuse their wives and children. Short guys tend to be better fighters and are very protective of their wives and children. I guess it all depends on what women see as important.

I love the way Rush puts down the gay community and then sits there with that big stogie hanging out of his mouth. Word is that in the small town he grew up in he was a regular visitor to the local park restroom when he was a young boy/man and that he frequently slipped into the stalls with the glory hole for his own pleasure. Let's face it he is an idiot. My dogs are smarter than this guy.
