Once again thank you for this post. You have given a balanced account on Rwanda. I always lack words to describe the intriguing experience one gets when you visit Rwanda.
The Mixture of tropical forests, Mountains and the Gorillas is thrilling and different from the Typical Safari. Better still, one could have an opportunity of combining an African Safari and a visit to Rwanda.
I always look forward to guiding Rwanda Safaris.

I am a safari guide based in Nairobi and I thought your article was very well written and applies to almost all parks in Africa
I couldn't stress more the importance of having local knowledge, its certainly difficult to move around the different parks in Africa for first time and independent visitors on their own. But its possible to get a flexible operator who will help you with the logistics and directions that will make a difference to your trip.
