Dec 16th 2011 9:34PM When I built my new home in 1986, I was told there was to be a HOA and was given a copy of the covenants. They were all relevent and valid so I had no problem with them. After the HOA was formed, the first set of elected "officers" started writing new covenants to suit their personal desires....they could always find enough members to make a majority to get them enacted and life got miserable for everyone in one way or the other. Five years ago, I had all I could stand and I sold out, bought 11 acres way out in the country and built a new home....this year I'M the President of the HOA, next year it'll be my Wife....we trade off, and I haven't changed a covenant since we've been here. Unfortunately not everyone can do this. Hint: you CAN beat it in court sometimes if what you're fighting wasn't in the original covenants you signed up to....not my use of the word 'sometimes'.

Jul 10th 2011 8:54AM Tell me again what this lady is famous for....besides being famous, I'm sure she's been in LOTS of movies, etc. I've just never seen or heard of them. All I ever see is a running commentary on her love life, vacations, and how she wears her clothes. Tends to remind me of the three "K" sisters.

Feb 25th 2011 10:19AM I hope she gets the part also....time for a little 'make or break' for this no-talent (I think) lady. If she does well, which I doubt, at least she'll have DONE something and there may be some justification for what I think of as her unearned fame. If she bombs.....that will consign her forever to her role of spoiled, no talant bimbo.
