Aug 14th 2009 6:27AM Perhaps there should be a store that features only anorexic manequins with holes in their throats from repeated purging... she could be the model for developing them!! How sad that in a country where young teenage (and even younger) girls still use the skeleton thin models in magazines and plastered on billboards as their mentors of body image, are encouraged even more by articles written by people like Cintra Wilson. Thank God for stores that have regular sized models and manequins and offer larger sized clothing. People need to get over a persons size and looks and see someone for who they are inside. Keep your apologies to yourself, as I'm sure it was only offered to save your skinny behind.

Feb 9th 2008 7:30AM I had to fight to get my vouchers for being bumped off my flight along with 14 others in our group. Rep tried to tell me that we were late, I said no your plane was late getting us here and our connecting plane was still here but they bumped us. And if we missed our connection then how did one of our group with us get on that plane??? While being stranded for 3 days in Atlanta met alot of people who had been bumped due to overbooking sometimes by as much as 80 people!!!!!!Ours had been overbooked by 18. Delta did do right by us after many hours waiting for a rep on the phone.

Nov 12th 2007 9:22AM I just dont get it... I would go nuts having the press there 24/7 but at the same time why drive a convertable around with the top down most of the time, and why drive at all? HIRE SOMEONE!!! I am not a Brittany fan, but I can see the difficulties she must run into on a daily basis, but it always appears like most of this stuff could be avoided?? Maybe this is her way of keeping her name in the news? So sad for the kids that they get dragged thru all of this with her. I pray that she straightens up before someone gets hurt of killed. She needs to very much grow up!

Oct 20th 2007 4:38AM Well I have to say that I agree that for once Brittany is not at fault. Now we just have to wait and see as no doubt this photographer will bring charges of hit and run against her when it was his own dam fault to begin with. Brittany just needs to stay home and recieve private counseling and parenting classes there!! Too bad but that is the stuff she brought on herself.

Aug 20th 2006 6:37AM When my children were little I took them to various resteraunts that were more geared to kids, and there I taught them how to be appropriate in a resteraunt. I was then able to take them to any resteraunt, and they knew how to act. I have done the smae thing with my grandchildren and have gotten the same result. Like anything in a childs life, any situation can be used as a learning experience, and we always took advantage of any activity we did to do just that...teach them. Too many kids get left home with a sitter, and they lose the family experience.
My problem now is going into a resteraunt with my husband and friends and it is the adults around us that make me wish there were children in the resteraunt. We recently went out with some friends for dinner at a pretty high end resteraunt and there was a table of women that were having a friends reunion.. they were so loud that we couldn't even speak to one another at our table!!! My friends' husband jokingly made comment to them that we couldn't hear ourselves speak, and they said oh we havent gotten together for a long time... and proceeded to be continue being loud. Nothing was ever said to them even though other people complained. So give me child who might giggle or talk a little too loud, at least hes learning too late for that crew!!

Jun 25th 2006 10:08PM there is absolutly no way there was a car seat on that bench seat in that vehicle...I feel bad that she is constantly being watched, but come on, one time you can put it down to she was overwhelmed by the media or frightened or ignorant, but 2 times for all to see???? thats just plain defiance of her childs right to saftey!!! If you have ever seen a small child or infant crushed by their parent that was holding them when they got into an accident you'd understand the significance of using a car seat. And yes I do remember riding around in the back seat of my parents car with no carseat or seatbelt (they didn't have them in the cars then) as I also remember going thru the windsheild at age 8 because I had no restraint!! Just because many children survived accidents, it doesn't account for all those that didn't. If you think I am full of it, try working or riding with your local ambulance crew you will definitly change your mind.

Jun 25th 2006 9:49PM Until I just watched the video on Britney brunette, I had felt kind of sorry for her, however if you watch the video closely you will see that the baby once again is not put in a car seat before the vehicle takes off!! It must be really hard to be under so much scrutiny, but wouldn't that make you all the more cautious and determined to do things the right way?? Britney needs some parenting classes desperately, maybe her fan club dues could pay for it! She's going to need all the help she can get if she doesn't change her public image.
