Jul 19th 2010 2:02AM sorry you don't sound too bright. when you borrow money either by using a credit card or a bank loan there are many legal rules behind the money you just received to buy whatever and you must pay it back or face the courts for violating those fine print 10 pages long terms. The problem is that people want all sorts of thing and don't have the money so they borrow and then they can't even afford to pay back. The same goes with mortgages, the Banks can take over your home if you don't make your loan payments but can also take you to court to pay the balance on your mortgage after a short sale.
