Just because I disagree with you I don't deserve to celebrate a holiday about us having the rights guaranteed in the constitution...like free speech. You're right, I am the unAmerican one here...let's do things just like Israel with dogs and machine guns in the airport, that would be so much better. That's the problem with people like you M, is that if I disagree with you, I don't deserve to be American? I however do listen to other peoples points of view, no matter if I agree with them or not...and have not yet pulled out the "if you don't like it you can move to another country" retort. Jul 2nd 2011 11:57AM I love people confusing what a right is. You CONSENT to the search when you buy the ticket...if you don't want to be searched you don't have to fly. There is nothing in the constitution that protects someone from a search that they consent to...and there is also nothing in the constitution that says you have a right to get on an airplane. Look it up.

Jul 2nd 2011 11:50AM As I said, it's less harmful than the solar radiation that you will get from even a short flight ...I'm sorry, but that's a risk I will gladly accept if it makes flying safer and greatly reduces the chances of a weapon being brought onto a flight...and if I didn't want to accept that risk, I would take a bus...oh, but don't diesel fumes cause cancer? ok, maybe I'll ride a bike...but then I could get skin cancer from all of the sun exposure....or wait I'll just stay home...stupid.

I, unlike you do research things before I say them...these machines use backscatter xray technology which gets an image from bouncing off of organic material (like skin) instead of penetrating it (like the xray machines at hospitals and the dentist). that is why you see a naked body and not a skeleton with these machines. That is why these machines are less harmful to the body than the radiation you will get from taking the flight that you are about to get on...so maybe before you open your mouth, you should do some research...thanks for proving my point.

Feb 5th 2011 7:31PM obviously someone that doesn't know a thing about what he is talking about. While I love boxing, it has turned into a boring mess, with more prefight bs than ufc will ever be able to match. And while many mma fighters are not the best boxers, they are the best FIGHTERS. Boxers are better dancers than fighters and wouldn't last a second in the ring with an mma fighter (ask tony). FIGHTING is not supposed to be some pretty thing with tip toe footwork. they are very different sports, and it does no good to compare the 2, but to try and trivialize it only shows your ignorance...and trying to compare it to pro wrestling because of the pre fight staredown only shows you are a hippocrate for not remembering all of the prefight brawls of boxing. boxing fans...get over yourselves.

Feb 5th 2011 7:24PM mma is turning into wwe? that's the most moronic thing ever. If anything, it is taking a page from the boxing playbook on how to promote fights. the smack talk, pushing and shoving at weigh ins, the pre fight staredowns...nothing comes close to it...except boxing...and I'm sorry, but boxing sucks in comparison. All of the pre fight garbage in both boxing and mma is just that...garbage. But at least mma finishes with something exciting and interesting to watch...unlike most boxing matches, where the fighters just end up as mindless zombies. mma is the future of combat sport.

Jun 12th 2010 12:11AM The absolute best "indestructable" toys I've found to date are the Sherpa Toy group Dragons with "Chew Guard". My 3 dogs (2 Great Danes and a Pitbull) have yet to get their teeth thru these great toys and they love playing with them. Highly recommended.

Jul 31st 2009 4:03PM amazing how short some peoples memories are. Doesn't anyone remember Bushes flights back and forth from Crawford? Or his daughters complete abuse of secret service time and resources. Why is everyone so quick to scrutinze this president when they were so slow to criticize the previous one. And making millionaire CEO's pay for a meal to eliminate any conflict of interest...but I guess bush didn't care so much about conflicts when all of those CEO's were his buddies and he was gladly handing them billion (with a B) dollar NO BID COST PLUS Contracts.
