Jul 2nd 2012 2:02PM I had a mortgage with a mortgage company. One day BankOne (now Chase) wrote and said they had bought my mortgage and to send the payment to them from now on. I told them that was between them and the mortgage company as my deal was not with them. Lawyer said I could do nothing about it. So I sold the house and have rented ever since. Then the foreclosure crises occured. I count my blessings.

Jun 14th 2012 3:12PM My city has inspectors that go around looking for things like this. In my neighborhood it is mostly the alleyways that do not receive the proper attention. We had one inspector look over our 5 foot brick fence and cite us for weeds growing in the back yard. I got out of it when I showed a picture of the asparagus growing there.
